4. Limitations
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to ZakGT in the prior 12 months, or USD 100, whichever is lower.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to ZakGT's principal place of business. Disputes are resolved via good-faith negotiation first.
